Cave Run Storytelling Festival Volunteer Signups

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Cave Run Storytelling Festival (CRSF)! 
This form will allow you to easily share your contact information and volunteer preferences with CRSF Volunteer Coordinators.

  • Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and 15–17 years old must obtain signature from guardian.

  • All volunteers will receive free entry to the festival for the day that they serve and receive a badge and/or volunteer attire to be turned in after their shift.

  • 18-year-olds and above may bring minors with them, if they are volunteering, but they are in the volunteers’ care, not the care of the festival and may be admitted for free along with your free admittance as a volunteer.

  • New Volunteers will be required, and Returning Volunteers will be encouraged to attend a pre-event orientation on Monday prior to the festival at 6pm. Volunteers will be notified as to the location of the meeting, once it is determined.

  • Volunteers are expected to arrive approximately 10-15 minutes earlier than their shift starts.

  • In addition to this year’s volunteer signups there is a checklist at the bottom if you might be interested in becoming a part of a CRSF Committee that plans and implements next year’s festival.
