Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Cave Run Storytelling Festival!

Please use this form to provide your contact information, availability, and volunteer preferences. Our Volunteer Coordinators will use this information to assign shifts and share important event details.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers must be at least 15 years old.

Volunteer Benefits

Volunteers receive free festival admission on the day of their assigned shift. They will also receive a volunteer badge and/or volunteer attire, which must be returned at the end of the shift unless otherwise instructed.

Orientation

New volunteers are required to attend a pre-festival orientation. Returning volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend.

Orientation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the Monday before the festival. The meeting location will be shared with volunteers once it has been confirmed.

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled shift to allow time for check-in, instructions, and assignment updates.

Get Involved Year-Round

At the bottom of this form, you will also find an option to indicate your interest in joining a Cave Run Storytelling Festival committee. Committee members help plan, organize, and carry out future festivals throughout the year.
